Returns and Refund Policy

At Bahati Creatives, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality carpentry products and services. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or request a refund, please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Products: Our products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
  2. Custom Orders: Due to the custom nature of some of our carpentry services (e.g., made-to-order furniture or personalized designs), we do not accept returns on these items unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
 

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product is defective, damaged, or does not match the agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either:

  • Repair the item at no extra cost,
  • Replace it with a new one, or
  • Issue a full refund.

  3. Return Shipping: If the return is approved, you’ll be responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the item was damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt for your records.
 

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the criteria for a return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed and appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Custom-made products
  • Products that have been altered, damaged, or used after delivery.
